Gashtelo helps travelers discover and connect with property owners ("Vendors") offering vacation rentals. We provide search and contact tools. We act as a digital bridge between users and vendors.
Gashtelo serves as a listing and communication platform between Users and Vendors. We do not mediate payments, contracts, or disputes, nor guarantee the condition, safety, legality, or accuracy of any property.
When a user decides to book a property, Gashtelo may redirect them to the Vendor's preferred booking or communication method, including WhatsApp, direct phone calls, vendor websites, or external booking websites. All real booking details occur directly between you and the Vendor. Gashtelo does not process payments or bookings directly.
We collect minimal personal information such as name, phone number, optional email, and technical data for app functionality and security. This includes:

Gashtelo does not track real-time GPS data. Opening a location feature may redirect you to third-party map apps. We may collect approximate location (city/region level) to show you relevant property listings in your area.
We analyze aggregated, anonymized usage trends to improve services. We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our app, which features are popular, and where we can improve. No personally identifiable information is included in these analytics reports.
All listing content is provided by Vendors, who are responsible for accuracy and legality of their listings.
Gashtelo is not responsible for property quality, safety, accuracy, cancellations, or disputes. Use of the platform is at your own risk. We are a communication platform only and do not guarantee any aspect of the properties listed or the vendors who list them.
We may be required to disclose your personal information in response to lawful requests by government authorities, law enforcement agencies, courts, or regulatory bodies. If we receive such a legal request or court order, we are obligated to comply with applicable laws and may share your data without prior notice to you. This includes requests related to national security, criminal investigations, or other legal proceedings as required under the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
